Delivery
Visit the cart to use the shipping calculator for shipping prices or alternatively request a shipping quote during checkout.
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail (and its overseas affiliates for international orders). Letters and Large Letters are sent without tracking to keep costs to a minimum. Small and Medium Parcels in the UK will be sent either Tracked 24 or 48 (depending on the customer's choice).
Should an order go cheaper than paid for (for example, a large part may, according to my dimensional limits, push shipping from Large Letter to Small Parcel, but will still fit the Royal Mail's dimensions for Large Letter), then any overpayment will be refunded down to the correct shipping band.
Large Letter orders are usually shipped in bubble envelopes, but I will use a box if the order contains items more susceptible to damage, or it is more appropriate to do so.
All overseas packages weighing over 750gm will be sent using the Tracked and Signed method by default. If a country does not support Tracked and Signed, the order will be sent Signed, as this covers more countries.
If you wish to have to have a package sent Signed For/Tracked 24/Tracked 48 (UK only) or Tracked and Signed (International), irrespective of weight or size, please use the 'Request a quote' option at checkout.
